These terms govern use of the AlphaPDF Android app, published by Amine Telecom — Amine Lalouani and publicly developed under the name Neova Labs. By using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
AlphaPDF is a PDF application. Depending on the installed version, it can in particular:
The features actually available can vary by version, device, and available services. Opening a PDF is not subject to the quota described below.
The main features remain available without a purchase. Without AlphaPDF Pro, each of the following tools has its own quota of 10 successful operations per 24-hour window: Scanner, Convert, Compress, Merge / Split, and PDF tools.
The free version may show ads. It is not designed to deliberately reduce features or quality compared with AlphaPDF Pro. Pro removes quotas and ads.
When a tool’s quota reaches zero, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad. After Google actually grants the reward, a 10-minute Pass is activated for that tool only.

AlphaPDF Pro is offered through Google Play when the offer is available on your account. The price, duration, and conditions shown in the app and on Google Play at the time of purchase prevail. Payment, billing, restoration, and refunds are handled by Google Play.
While Pro is active, it removes per-tool quotas and the app’s ads. Pro does not, by itself, promise features that are not in the version you installed.
The free version may use Google AdMob (banners, interstitials, and rewarded videos) and Google UMP where consent is required. You can review advertising privacy options in the app when they are available. If ads cannot be requested, the Pass may be unavailable and free quotas may still apply.
You remain responsible for the documents you open, create, edit, share, or save. The app processes them mainly on the device. Temporary files may exist in its cache during a task. An explicit save or share can place a copy in Downloads or in a folder you choose. Clearing the cache does not delete those copies.
You must have the rights required for the files you process. AlphaPDF does not check whether your documents may lawfully be used.
You must not use the app in a fraudulent or unlawful way, attempt to bypass quotas, the Pass, or purchases, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the app where the law or Google Play rules prohibit it.
The app is provided as is and as available. Features may be added, changed, or removed, including for technical, legal, or security reasons. Ads and the Pass may be temporarily unavailable.
Keep your own copies of important documents. A task, save, or share can fail, and a temporary file can be deleted.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages, data loss resulting from use of the app, interruptions, or the inability to use a feature. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including under consumer law.
The AlphaPDF name, the app, and these pages remain protected. Using them does not transfer any ownership of the app to you. Your documents remain yours.
You must be 18 or older to use AlphaPDF. If that condition is not met, the app must not be used.
These terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory rules, including consumer-protection rules, the competent courts are those of the relevant jurisdiction, including Lille where that jurisdiction applies.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page is the reference date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the terms then published, without prejudice to mandatory rights.
