These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AlphaPDF application and the associated legal pages published for users.
AlphaPDF is an application intended for reading, scanning, managing and using PDF-related features. The exact features available may vary depending on the version of the application, the device, the platform and the active configuration.
The user agrees to use AlphaPDF in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The following are prohibited in particular:
AlphaPDF may evolve over time. Certain features may be added, modified, limited or removed without prior notice, especially for technical, legal, commercial or security reasons.
Depending on the version of the application, AlphaPDF may display advertisements, including rewarded advertising formats.
Where available, rewarded advertising may allow temporary access to certain features, according to the conditions shown directly in the application at the time of use.
Depending on the version of the application, AlphaPDF may offer paid features or Pro access through the relevant distribution platform, including Google Play where applicable.
Pricing, duration and purchase terms are shown in the application and/or on the relevant platform at the time of purchase.
Payments, billing and refunds are managed by the relevant platform used for the purchase. Where Google Play is used, refunds and cancellations are subject to Google Play policies and rules.
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, data loss, service interruption, incompatibility, unavailability or any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
The user remains responsible for the way they use the application, their files, their device, their platform account and the actions they take inside or outside the application.
The AlphaPDF name, associated branding, legal pages and all related content remain protected by applicable intellectual property rules. No transfer of ownership is granted through the use of the application or these pages.
Use of the application is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy. Users are invited to consult the Privacy Policy page for information about data processing, advertising and consent management.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time to reflect technical, legal or functional changes. The date shown at the top of this page is the applicable reference date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the relevant territorial scope, including Lille where applicable.
